Physical goods

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering.
Claims by you for short or incorrect delivery or defective goods must be made within
3 working days after delivery, otherwise you are deemed to have accepted delivery.

Satellite Phones

Following our receipt of your order we will email you on the next business day a sales order for your approval. This sales order is to be signed and returned to us complete with a copy of your current Australian Drivers licence or Australian Passport for confirmation of your identity together with any airtime agreements if applicable.

Variant Solutions Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel the order and refund all monies paid in full if the sales order and identification is not received by us as requested within seven days or for any other reason.
All goods will be delivered by Australian Air Express or other nominated delivery service where a signature will be required to accept the goods.
We will attempt to despatch your goods with in two working days of our receipt of the signed sales order and any requested associated documentation. If goods are unavailable for delivery you will be advised of this with in one business day of your order.
